THE STUDENT LIFE & DIVERSITY COMMITTEE

Christian Dupree Ragland is the Student Life & Diversity Chairman for the University Park Undergraduate Association. He is a junior majoring in Political Science and Sociology. In high school, he was a four year high school class president and a two-sport Varsity Letterman.

As chairman of the Student Life & Diversity committee, Christian vows to lead his committee with a mindset of outreach, community service, and passion. The committee has a great relationship and works together in one accord. The committee looks to collaborate with other student organizations to show that the student government acknowledges their efforts to contribute to student life on campus. The committee works to put together initiatives, programs, and socials that will further enhance diversity and student life on the Penn State campus. They are expecting a lot of great things to come out of this year. We meet every Thursday in 314 HUB.

• Reacting efficiently to Student Life Issues and Diversity Issues
• Attend student organization meetings-student life/diversity
• Student Health Initiatives- Medical Awareness, Health Insurance, and teaming up with the University Health Services.
